FNB Lifestyle Protection Plan a scam
I am seriously concerned about the Lifestyle Protection Plan from FNB. NO ONE in FNB has the correct contact numbers for this department - not even the SMS's that come through have the correct contact numbers on it. I believe it is a massive SCAM from FNB. I tried for two solid weeks to get ahold of this department to find out what's going on.

Worst service ever
I had purchased a vehicle by Marco in December, firstly my car was not cleaned - he said I can wash it myself and he will refund us and secondly he did put the vehicle through the test, we had to.... still today (three months later and after a number of emails and calls) no car paperwork received, no refund for valet or test.... nothing. I am driving with an expired license disc. Don't ever use this dealership. Absolute shocking service from Marco.
