I ordered a table from Patio SA on the 31st of October 2017. At that time on their website the time frame for delivery was 30 days. I therefore expected to receive my table by the 12th of December. A few weeks after ordering I was on the website again and noted that it had changed to 35 working days. Please note that this was not communicated to me by the company but rather I noted this completely bi-accident. However that meant my table was due the 19th of December, a few days after expected, that did not bother me to much as it would still be here by Christmas. On the 20th of December after still having received NO communication regarding when I might expect my table I finally emailed PatioSA and then got an extremely generic email from their Customer Care team promising me more information within the week. I never received such information, I did however receive another extremely generic email on the 18th of January, after I had emailed them three times for information. It is now the 20th of February, I still have NO table, nor my money and they are now no longer answering emails or their telephone. I am starting to expect that I will never receive my items I purchased nor get my money back.
