This was no scam it was sabotage to destroy a company that was started out of a garage and the owners who supplied customers for 5 years who was nominated BIC Gold Award nationally the Awards Evening was held in Frankfurt. Who lost the most the owners thanks to one of there trusted sales person Jerenique Taylor who ran the sales for the business I believe she over sold over promised clients and the ran off with the office laptop with all company info and with this knowledge she went and registered her own company Cape Patio dot com now she has breached her NDA and I believe the owners of Firnic are wanting to take the matter further and also restore there good name built up over a 5 year period.

In August 2017, I paid Patio SA by Firnic (Pty) Ltd a deposit for my wrought iron furniture. There is no response to my calls or emails and I have not received any furniture. Should you have had the same experience, I urge you to give/ add your statement, to the SAPS Detective on the case, during office hours (Mon to Fri, 8am to 4pm) on 082- ********** .

In August 2017, I paid Patio SA by Firnic (Pty) Ltd a deposit for my wrought iron furniture. There is no response to my calls or emails and I have not received any furniture. Hello Peter We bought a wrought iron set of 1 x 3m table &12 chairs at patioSA/FURNIC in Cape Town. A lady called JERENIQUE took our order on 8 Dec 2017, we paid R30 000 for our patio set. She promised it would be delivered by 16 Dec 2017 as we rented our house via holiday letting and needed the patio set. We have not received anything to this date 26 January 2018. I got hold of the directors of this company PATIOSA and spoke to NICHOLAS PAGE. He and his wife FIROZA closed shop on 16 Dec 2017, do not answer their business landline or his cellphone. I gor their numbers, home addresses etc via a police officer friens of ours. I made contact with Nick Page and tried to find out what is going on as we have to this date not received either our set or our money back. They still ADVERTISE on their website www.patioSA.co.za. I have ALL their contact details if you can PLEASE help us get our money back. Regards, Jan & Ricky **********

I ordered a table from Patio SA on the 31st of October 2017. At that time on their website the time frame for delivery was 30 days. I therefore expected to receive my table by the 12th of December. A few weeks after ordering I was on the website again and noted that it had changed to 35 working days. Please note that this was not communicated to me by the company but rather I noted this completely bi-accident. However that meant my table was due the 19th of December, a few days after expected, that did not bother me to much as it would still be here by Christmas. On the 20th of December after still having received NO communication regarding when I might expect my table I finally emailed PatioSA and then got an extremely generic email from their Customer Care team promising me more information within the week. I never received such information, I did however receive another extremely generic email on the 18th of January, after I had emailed them three times for information. It is now the 20th of February, I still have NO table, nor my money and they are now no longer answering emails or their telephone. I am starting to expect that I will never receive my items I purchased nor get my money back.

I place a order on the 18th of October 2017 and paid the full amount. It's more than 3 months later and I still haven't received the chairs. They are ignoring my emails. phone calls and messages. This is the worst service I have ever received.

Aug 2017: Received quote for R26,450 Aug 2017: Paid 50% deposit Sept 2017: Paid balance AFTER they confirmed the chairs are ready From Sept 2017 - Nov 2017: All excuses that why the goods are not ready. All of a sudden there was a 3rd party that let them down. We could never see the chair frames. I tried in vain to meet with the owners - Nic & Firosa. They never answer emails. Just plain BAD SERVICE and fraud. End Nov 2017: Frames delivered to another 3rd party that made the seats (their services engaged by Firnic. Dec 2017: We had to pay additional R17,100 to 3rd party to get the chairs. To date not a call or email to apologize. They still owe us the R17,100 that we had to pay extra. We will now institute fraud charges because they never had the intention to supply the completed chair or to refund our money.
