Obviously when one 's phone is ****** you are freaking out and trying everything in finding it. The Mobefind app promises you they will find the location with only the mobile phone number at R11.90! When I paid the R11.90 for a 24 hour Mobefind option I had NO idea they would charge me R585 after the 24 hours, but apparently you subscribe to this in your haste to find your phone. They hide it in their terms and conditions which you have to approve and WHO reads all of this when in high panic mode????? And after you have paid already? Also the app did not even work. It was just saying pending after 3 tries ...only pending. They do not want to credit the amount but have apparently stopped the subscription. This is EVIL.
They suck something so basic has taken me 2 weeks to try and sort out but to no avail. I have had my new phone which was sent by mail from the 25th of October. Iv'e done a sim swop they've cancelled it. I have requested another - they ignored me, i requested another - again nothing. not even a note on the system. they get my new contract wrong on the 1st day of the new contract after i repeatedly asked them are they SURE SURE SURE this is what i will get? Vodacom you frustrate me so badly. i actually want to demand to end my NEW contract with you and just leave me the phone for my frustrations. phone me
And again Vodacom fails me and reminds me why I did not want to renew my contract with them for the second AND third time. Again, I fall for what they promise me... and yet again they fail to give me what they promise and sell to me when I phone to cancel my contract. Well NEXT time I won't fall for it again and I WON'T use Vodacom again! I have opened enquiries twice now and they close it without letting me know the outcome! They did not give me my once of 10 gig data from what I could see and now I don't even get my monthly 2 GIG data. Come to the party people!
