I would like to write a review about Cartrack
I would like to write a review about Cartrack. I was happy with his service yes, thank you. However, it would be more convenient if Cartrack let their clients know when the app will be down or undergoing service.

Disgusting service
The worst place to get internet from if they are not having issues then you cannot log into your account, as for their sim cards well they never work and you cannot recharge them. Horrible service that you get from them if you contact them as well.

Disgusted
I have been trying to cancel the "safety watch" panic buttons since December. The "sales agent" that assisted me took weeks to phone me and then took weeks to send me the cancellation papers. I sent them back the same day and yet they still have not cancelled these useless pieces of junk they call panic buttons. ADT's service has gone downhill at the rate of knots really. I am so disappointed in their service. Sadly though there is no other security company that I can change to. I will most likely get a phone call stating how "sorry" they are for not getting back to me sooner blah blah blah. Even the account is not up to date that they send me every month it says I am in arrears when they take the debit order off every month.

Disgusting service
I app**** for panic buttons on the 9 September, it has been over a month waiting for them. The consultant told me they would be delivered last week amd still nothing. ADT's service is really disappointing. I am no longer interested in the panic buttons. And I will be looking for a different security company now as well.

Disappointed
They made arrangements with me for the 6 September 2025 @ 10:00 and never showed up, not an email, sms or phone call to say they were not coming. The sales appointment was with a Vusikhaya Msenge. The service from ADT is getting worse and worse not even my account reflects the right information.

Disgusting petshop
The service is disgusting, went there to buy fish and the people in their fish section would not help us at all they kept going to everyone else that came in. As for their shop that sells food went in to buy cold drink and the black lady that was serving me threw my slip at me and barked go and pay for it inside. I will not go back to that place their animals do not look healthy and they are not at all friendly or helpful. Disgusting really.
