I own an upmarket guest lodge and first used Andries services three months ago, I found him to be very likeable, willing and capable. He fixed up a number of nagging little jobs around the lodge at a very reasonable price. Based on the first experience, I called him back , he helped renovate a self contained apartment for advertising on Airbnb, rewired the electrical wiring, fitted a kitchen and installed built-in cupboards. Installed a sauna in our spa and resolved some plumbing issues, including an annoying airlock which vibrated the pipes. I have since referred him to other people as he is the best person I have come across in over twenty years. I will not use anyone else now, Andries is a rare find and my go to person for everything construction.
As the owner of a small hotel I am totally dissatisfied with this crowd of shysters.. Customer service is a nightmare, holding for 27 minutes on an international call at international rates. They are offering a 52% discount on my room rates even though I have not sanctioned anything, they charge one of the highest commissions in the industry with nothing but headache in return. I received a booking which I did not want to host due to the low rates they advertised, on cancelling the booking I received an automated message that I could cancel directly with the guest upon arrival? Use them at your peril.
