I went to purchase a lounge suite from Russels on Yusuf Dadoo street, Durban. At the entrance there were 13 people seated just with russels badges looking at my wife and I. A lady approached and proceeded with sanitizing. I had already knew what I wanted to purchase as I viewed it online 2 weeks back and this morning as well. The prices inside the store on the lounge suites were marked R1500 more that apposed to their website. When ì ask the sales Lady why was this ? She replied " that's all old prices" then I said that I will purchase it online as i was saving R1500. She then told me that if i do that they will refund my money and they dont do deliveries.I then asked to speak to the store manager and i was told that the manager was very busy. If 13 staff were seated at the entrance busy in a conversation and we were the only customers there at that time so how could the manager be busy and i honestly dont think that all those people works at the store. When i asked 2nd time for the manager she asked me why do i want to see the manager, then kept on giving me excuses. So I purchased my lounge suite online in the store in front of the sales lady who only had a Russels badge but no name on it. Jessica 3 piece lounge suite in the store was priced at R8999.. the price on the Russels website which I purchased today was R7500. I have all my pics and proof with me ...
My wife was 8 months pregnant . I accompanied her to Chatsworth Home affairs to apply for her ID a month ago. We stood in the line for 1 hour and 49 minutes. The temperature was 27 degrees . The saddest part is that they treated her as a normal civilian. Even though they come and asked what we were standing in the line for and they saw that she is pregnant and they just turn a blind eye. when we finaly got inside i was told that im not allowed to accompany her. What has this country come too. The service offered there is pathetic as the Dont Care method is adopted at the Chatsworth home affairs of which I have witnessed with my own eyes. Yes they have rules which must be adhered too but pregnant and elderly woman should be given priority. there should be separate lines for them. I hate the fact the she is 9 months pregnant now and she received a SMS to collect her ID. The thought of going back there is not good at all. I just pray that this does not happen to any pregnant woman again
I had placed a bet on the 22 July 2020 of which I had won R320.00. However my balance is still showing R1.00 only. I have wattsapped screenshots of the best placed for the day , the winnings along with the balance to 0710415879 and 0715504018. I left Hollywood betting for the same reason and only to find that Superbet is none the better.This is a RIP-Off.
I had taken out a 12 month gym contract in October 2016 of which no copy of the contract was handed to me as i was told that once the contract term ends my debit will automatically stop. i now find that they are still debiting my account. I have sent through numerous emails to ********** of which is a waste of my time as i have yet to get a response from them and as for there landlines just rings continuously . In a week I had held on the line for more that 15mins hoping that someone would answer the fone . I am really P _ _ _ _D OFF. I had sent an email to Styles in Shalcross on ********** of which is another waste. however i am still waiting for them to rectify this as i had signed a contract at their premises and not at their head office. I will ensure that all the additional debits be credited back into my account as no one from stylez had contact me to even ask if i would want to renew my contract but yet decided on their own will to continue debiting me. Note : Do not use STYLEZ(ASTRAL GROUP) for anything ... they have no customer s****s nor are they customer orientated. Pathethic Service ....
