Fed up with discovery
Good day, I am 8 weeks pregnant and visited the gynaecologist once a month. As I am on Discovery Keycare I need to pay the bill out of my pocket and send the claim to Discovery to be reimbursed as I do every month. Discovery reimburses me a part of the portion I pay every time, but this morning they notified me that they cant reimburse me the R1040 I paid for the consultation because I need to get a reference number from them before I visit a specialist. And I must activate the pregnancy programme. This was already done a long time ago. Please wake up!! I am fed up with Discovery and especially as I pay my contributions every month they don't even pay for all my meds. I need to be reimbursed and this is a major issue. I need an answer ASAP
