I was going to have both my dogs get a general check up as well a follow up on one of them. I wrote Oneplan to request they load funds onto my card so I could pay for the appointment. This afternoon I received a email from them informing me that I still owe them almost R1800 for non premium related matters. What??? Oneplan has been deducting the premium for both our pets via debit order every month for I dont know how long. The year before last I also had a nasty problem with them over the festive season if I remember correctly. Dealing with you lot really isn't a pleasure. It sucks. I hate dealing with you. Sies!
On Thursday or Friday last week both of my mom's cards wouldn't work and my app wouldn't open whilst our wifi was fine. I called Standard Bank's call centre where the agent checked the account and I stopped the cards. She also ASSURED me that seeing I have power of attorney and so, signing rights for her account. I drove the 57 km from where we live, to Somerset West Mall branch.and was told that I couldn't get the new cards. What the hell!?!! I really hate this bank.
Pls stand assured that there are NO MORE GUMANS working at Discovery Insure. Good luck if you want to pay them their premium. I am absolutely repulsed
AGAIN I bought electricity for our metre this morning. R100. That's 20 min ago and Im still waiting for it to come through. Last time this happened I never managed to retrieve it. This NEVER EVER happens with the Capitec app.
Absolutely ********** service! No call centre! One number where you can hold until chickens start laying golden eggs. Finally I found a place where one is supposed to email them or whatever. Shortly after, I started getting calls from Outsurance but not a word from useless seemingly non-existent Pineapple. Only place one sees them is when you see their debit order. Shame in you.
Twice in less than 10 days bought electricity ywith your app. The first time R60 and just now R30 - the message with the reference numbers etc., didn't go anywhere! So who is bending me over here? Standard Bank or useless Eskom or both? Despicable! ***** from the rich why don't you.

The rudest, rudest person at Optivest's (so called) Help Desk just took my call. I greeted and explained in a normal manner,that I'm calling in connection with my mother's claim which is due to be closed in 5 days. Immediately she says why do you put in the claim so late!?!! ( and I MEAN the exclamation marks! So I said we started 3 months ago. She says: are you the guys I dealt with yesterday? At this point I realised that we won't be getting along and I informed her of such. We feel that you dragged out this process so that you wouldn't have to pay. I sent the required documents to both kaelo email as well as Liza Broodryk but no communication from them. It's been days. Old Mutual couldn't get it right and neither can you. Do you intentionally train your staff to be a deterrent for prospective claimants? I got that impression.
When last year Old Mutual let me know they are merging or whatever, with Genric for GAP, I cancelled via email and took GAP with Discovery. Just now, I checked my bank statement and see they never stopped debiting my account! You owe me 4×R315! This must be *******!
On the 4th of March, I needed to deposit R40000 worth of R200 notes at Capitec Waterstone, Somerset West, for my elderly mom. I was told they didn't handle cash in the bank but we must use the one machine that was working. I was number 3 in the row. I decided to rather deposit the money I my nearest town which is Kleinmond. If it didn't have that function I'd have to continue to Herm****, 40km on. Yesterday the 6th, I found myself at the Capitec ATM in Kleinmond. It is situated at a horrible shopping centre. All the other ATMs are situated on the other (safer)side of the centre. This one, is on the side where there are sometimes shady characters to be seen - here I am with packs of R200 notes feeling the tiniest bit uncomfortable. Well, the screen is unreadable so to speak. The machine is old - it reminds of a 70s Kelvinator washing machine. It refuses the money - too many notes. I remove some. It counts. Takes some notes and refuses others. I succeed in banking 11000. I give the next person a chance. Back in the queue which has grown. It took me 40 minutes to deposit roughly 35000. No I didn't get ****** but I felt very uncomfortable. So now bosses of Capitec, if I can't bank it a branch inside and your sub-standard ATM's only take certain amounts in one go, how the hell must I get my money in my account. Also: you charge for every cash deposit - is that why one can only deposit smaller amounts? I feel cheated out of time as well as money. Obviously you think people in rural towns are ******s? Domkoppe en ou mense. I am utterly dissatisfied.
