Warranty not honored by seller
I purchased an Antminer S9 from Bitmart. and within a month the machine is broken. I attempted to deal with their repairs department as the machine supposedly carries a 6 month warranty. I was told that I could only speak to their repair technician on the phone on Fridays. After speaking to the technician he was unable to help. and told me that if I wanted to claim anything under my warranty that I should deal directly with their supplier from China. The reason I purchased this machine from a South African company at a much higher price than I could get it directly from China is so that in the event of an issue like this I would have somebody local to support me but my experience has been very disappointing. If you want to buy one of these machines there is no reason to use this company - buy direct from China.
