****** Shoes at Loch Logan shop

Pathetic service I received from this shop in August. On the 8th of August, I took 3 pairs of Shoes to them for resoling and putting on heels, paid R450 per shoe, thus R1350, this was at their Loch Logan shop. On the 16th I went there to check on progress, since no one called me. When I got there, I found 1 pair of shoes and only one shoe from another pair. The other pair had disappeared. I went again the week of 25th August, now the other shoe was found but the other pair still nowhere to be found. Every time I go there, the guys are taking me from pillar to post, with no solution on my shoe. I got the numbers of Corran Van Zyl, he cannot be reached on phone. How can shoes just disappear? What can I do to get my shoes replaced?
