So, I placed an order for an office chair wheelbase on the 12th of September. It was supposed to be delivered on the 26th of September 2019, but I didn't get it. I've called Johan multiple times and he assured me it was on it's way. Bare in mind, I had to call him. I was never called or emailed by the company. They never emailed me an apology or tried to explain why it's late. It's now the 3rd of October and I still haven't received it. I don't think Office Stock is ever going to deliver it. Their website even marked the delivery as "complete". Who ever is ready this, please don't buy from Office Stock. They might mean well, but the way Office Stock conducts business is horrible. And if anyone from Office Stock is reading this, can I please get a refund. I've asked Johan for one, but he just said my order is on its way and right now, I feel like he's been lying the whole time. I might be wrong. But please, Office Stock, give me my money back. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have the part I need to fix my office chair. I just want my money back so I can get it fixed somewhere else.
I signed up for Betatrader in October. While trading, I started seeing a debit payment of R275 go off on my account. I checked my contract and saw that this was valid, although the salesman (Marcel) never mentioned this. Later that month, the debit order went off twice. It has continued to go off for three times a month (occasionally four times) until this day. Since the 12 January 2018, I have attempted to cancel the subscription (debit order). I called there offices and was told everytime to send an email to either ********** or ********** Not once have I received a response. The debit orders continue to go off. Based on the other reviews on this site, I now understand that this is a scam. I will continue my efforts to stop these debit orders and get my money back. What I do require is: 1. Confirmation, accompanied by verifiable evidence, that my contract has been cancelled. 2. Confirmation, accompanied by verifiable evidence, that the monthly R275.00 debit order has been cancelled, and any debits to date have been refunded to me. 3. A verifiable physical address so that I may return the tablet.
