Am Mr Richard Eze a business owner in Johannesburg CBD. I have a problem with my bank, first national bank on a transaction i did with my speed point. A customer came to my office and pay with a credit card and before I went on with the transaction I called the Fnb call center for authorization before the transaction went through . This incident happend 2015 around june/july, they have not yet paid me back my money since then till this moment. Since the incidence my business is been suffering , my business need help for the bank to pay me back my money, the amount is R72,000 . The bank took the above amount from the overdraft they gave my business and my business is paying the charges still from them till now.
