Hi, Account Number: 7217719 I have emailed Financial Mail Helpline on the 9th of August & the 18th of August. Zero reply. (helpdesk@businesslive.co.za) Effectively, I have paid for a new subscription but it has not been activated and delivered.

I subscribed on the 28 Feb this year and only received my first magazine today (11 April). This was after numerous calls to their customer care which all resulted in next to no help. I have spent more money on airtime than what it would have cost me to buy the magazines in a store. I was also told I would be credited for the magazines that I did not receive however I was charged the full amount. I called to try and resolve this issue where I was promised that someone would get back to me, two days later I have yet to hear from them. Terribly run service that will end up costing you more money in the long run. Please don't use this service

I have attempted on 4 occassions to get a subscription going.I called the subs department on 28 March and spoke to a Lindi.I gave her my e-mail address which she managed after great frustration to spell- it is ********** was supposed to receive an invoice to pay.Nothing came.I called again on 3 April- I called in 3 times on this day.All 3 times I was assured" your e-mail has now been sent with the billing and account details".At the end of the day I am still waiting.I checked my Junk Mail-nothing .I am receiving e-mails from everyone else.Apparently the holding company is Tiso Black Stars.Well, if this is how they manage their admin, I am not sure I can expect good journalism from them .And I also spoke to their manageTsobeka.We have now decided to buy Finance Week as it is an absolute pleasure to open a subscription with Media24.Who is Tiso Black Stars?They need some IT and Admin savvy.Or maybe better spellers?Maybe they spell Africa as Afrika.Who knows.

Am Mr Richard Eze a business owner in Johannesburg CBD. I have a problem with my bank, first national bank on a transaction i did with my speed point. A customer came to my office and pay with a credit card and before I went on with the transaction I called the Fnb call center for authorization before the transaction went through . This incident happend 2015 around june/july, they have not yet paid me back my money since then till this moment. Since the incidence my business is been suffering , my business need help for the bank to pay me back my money, the amount is R72,000 . The bank took the above amount from the overdraft they gave my business and my business is paying the charges still from them till now. I urgently need your help to sustain my business and I have 8 workers to pay every month and the issue is really affecting my business severely. You can get hold of me on this no is ********** 460. Hello , i am a loyal supplier for Financial mail book for past 3 years but for the past 3 weeks, book stopped coming I called Financial mail office, and spoke to pearl , as per Pearl, my subscription ended May 2017 , but then i asked her , if it expired in may 2017 , then how come i kept on receiving FM book for another 6 months, i was getting FM book till Dec 14 , after that it stopped she do not have an answer actual fact is, i have subscribed till may 2018 , some one in FM accounts dept have messed up and have not allocated properly but now they asking me for proof of payment, which i do not have , surely they can track the payment from their side, it was EFT payment can some one please assist,
