<div>I recently had to replace Cobra parts on a Senior Flushmaster toilet.Finally I got hold of Lixil, and their staff was very helpful in letting me know which plumbing retailers potentially could have stock.My plumber did not correctly install the piston, so Denver and Cassiem replaced the part at their cost, and showed the plumber how to adjust the *****s to prevent an echo and let the unit flush for for 5 seconds.Thank you Denver and Cassiem.</div>

Canine & Co was super helpful in trying to find us Dog Jackets in the right sizes,I got a response within a few hours, and my delivery in 2 days.The Rogs jacket quality is excellent.Will definitely be shopping for my fourpaw kiddies there again.
Kudos to Clicks for improving Online Order deliveries from 10 Business Days down to 3 days.Now all you have to work on is to make sure that we can also order Over the Counter medications,it seems to silly that one cannot order a throat tablet or anti-inflammatory thru Online.Really!
Sunglass Hut represents the top Sunglass brands in the World,yet fails them miserably when it comes to service. Firstly I have to question the quality of the recent Rayban products as I have bought- 2 pairs the past 7 years, the the lenses have delaminated i.e. formed bubbles within 3 years. My last enquiry started 4 January 2021. It took me 5 contact attempts and 3 weeks just to get to a Quote stage. Having paid the same day I received the Quote, having sent a POP to the same address I received the Quote from, I was surprised 3 weeks later to have my Job Ticket cancelled due to non-payment! Of course the Office manager, Ronan , claims to not have received any POP regardless of me providing proof that I have sent this on 2 occasions. Then Ronan, the Repairs manager at Sunglass Hit SA, tells me there is only one person servicing Repairs.How is this possible that a multitude of brands are only serviced by a single person in South Africa? Please let me advise you, rather go direct to your local optometrist or do not buy any brands from the Sunglass Hut franchise in South Africa. I hope the Italians who own and run SHG internationally will wake up before it is too late.
I have attempted on 4 occassions to get a subscription going.I called the subs department on 28 March and spoke to a Lindi.I gave her my e-mail address which she managed after great frustration to spell- it is ********** was supposed to receive an invoice to pay.Nothing came.I called again on 3 April- I called in 3 times on this day.All 3 times I was assured" your e-mail has now been sent with the billing and account details".At the end of the day I am still waiting.I checked my Junk Mail-nothing .I am receiving e-mails from everyone else.Apparently the holding company is Tiso Black Stars.Well, if this is how they manage their admin, I am not sure I can expect good journalism from them .And I also spoke to their manageTsobeka.We have now decided to buy Finance Week as it is an absolute pleasure to open a subscription with Media24.Who is Tiso Black Stars?They need some IT and Admin savvy.Or maybe better spellers?Maybe they spell Africa as Afrika.Who knows.
