I have had a subscription to Financial Mail for about 2 years now. For the first year, the mail came regularly, although a copy was missed every now and then, it wasn't a big problem.<br> <br> In the last 6 months, i have received about 10% of my subscriptions. I have complained many times, to which the response is - we will look into and fix it. The following week, i would receive a copy thereafter the deliveries would go back to normal. When i complained about this, they replied to say - just give us a call every time you don't receive a copy! If that was the case, i wouldn't get a subscription i would just go to the shop to pick it up.<br> <br> Of late, i have asked to have my subscription fees refunded to me for the copies i have not received. they have refused to do this. They have also refused to give me a person or channel to escalate the problem to. I am stuck.<br> <br> I would never get a subscription to this magazine again.<br> <br> James
