I lodged an explorer subscription request last Saturday via the sms code. The agent called on Tuesday which I complained on call delays.<br> He suggested he cannot help me because of my existing account and then suggested he should give my wife a call there and then which he agreed and took details.<br> 2 days later the agent has not called.<br> I understand the monopoly Multichoice has over its clients but I still expect to be treated with decency and respect. <br>
After my last complaint I receive a call from Coleen who apologized and promise that she will immediately send me the email, which she did; I got home and thought I would find the details including the application form on my mail, atleast enough information for me to subscribe, instead I got further disappointed because what was sent to me was the price schedule which is useless to my cause.<br> <br> Incompetence is not only a disability but a skill which is crafted and learned and if adopted well in an organization it can become a culture and those who exercise it do it with excellence.<br> <br> PLEASE SEND ME SUBSCRIPTION FORMS OR DETAILS<br>
Good day<br> <br> I called in 3 times on Monday the 14th March 2016 seeking help to subscribe for both the Business day and the Financial mail, though I am a client to you I also have a client and if I am not treated with respect in your organization and fail to be serviced, I also cannot provide the service to my client which in my case affect my income which is not the case with your employees.<br> After speaking to her the first and the second time around 10am, she asked me to mail to her my request which I immediately did so to [Email Removed] at exactly 10:30am.<br> 2 to 3 hours later I had not received any feedback from her which made me call again and asked that even if she had not read my mail can she atleast send me the application form so I can proceed with my job also.<br> She was sitting on her desk but refused to confirm receipt of my mail and dismiss my inquiry by saying \If you have sent a mail I will respond\".<br> It is now Wednesday and I have not received any correspondence from her or anybody.<br> I dont think we keep our jobs because because we know the task at hand but we keep them because we know and understand the customer need."
I went McDonald Northgate for obvious reasons that it is closer to me and my kids love the toys that comes with a happy meal. I have a little boy and a girl and for over 3 times now excluding that of my wife's and since we realised that everytime we buy Happy meals for our children they will give us 2 similar ones and tell us they only have those ones, we then decided to refuse and demand a different toy for each kid as per their gender or cancel the order we realized that there is always hidden toys who knows for who.<br> I say its a conspiracy because it has happened several times with different employees and it now looks to me like a management plot.<br> After giving me both females he argued that he does not have another toy but after wasting my time he gave me boy too.<br> He did not complete my order items and because i ws furious I realised later and drove back, at the window i find Phenyo who gave me no attention until i threatened reporting him, the later guy did not even came or look at me to apologies bt told Phenyo to give me what i left.<br> This is not right especially because it is a conspiracy or even fraud
I have lodged complaints about this account several times and the last time FNB confirmed this has been closed and I will never get issues with it going forward. <br> Though with all my claims that I should not be owing them which they disregard I was glad this was closed off.<br> To my suprise I still receive a statement telling of my current interest rates and debits tgat went through.<br> I don't know if this should be an ombudsman case cause I have exhausted all my means in dealing with this injustice. Perhaps this is the way you operate by insuring we owe u for life even When we have settled fully our debt.
For the past 3 to 4 years I have raised my concern with the site manager and his office at the park, the response I get is that there is nothing he can do as he himself has been raising this issue as a complaint from several park users and there's no response from head office. <br> <br> Surely there must be somebody who cares enough to can hear our plea.<br> <br> The general rule in the parks is to ensure that all pets especially dogs are on the latch when taking a walk in the park since it is a community park. We all have to use the services of the park but have been illegally restrained because the park management is failing to control all these people who bring in their bull dogs and all sorts of scary dogs which unsettles our children and never want to use the park.<br> <br> I call upon the management of city parks to care enough and ensure the use if parks is not limited to certain people who are Un - lawfully misusing the area and denying access to many who are now forced not to use the area allocated

With the previous bad experiences that we as a family received from Avbob when burying our father in 2013. On Friday the 13/11/2015<br> I drove into a SASOL Garage on Phunda Maria road in Thohoyandou seeking to replenish my tank. There was few cars and limited option to the pump one can use, I saw an opening and rushed to it, there was a gentlemen seated by who never bothered to look at me, he continued seating until I asked him why am I not served, he then came and told me my tank is on the opposite direction, I then asked why did he not point me as I drive, he turned back and never offered to reserve my spot as I reverse to meet his standards. No matter what I said he turned a blind eye to my plead. I was forced to leave the service station even though it was my preferred outlet to a competitor for service and noted his name on the badge \Awelani"<br> Why should I get an inferior service because it is in another town and why do I get service in my local SASOL outlet even when my tank is on the opposite side.<br> Do we have different service standards for different places or Awelani is a lost goat amongst sheeps"""
Going into number 66 Rivonia road as directed by my associate for a meeting, as I drive in I noticed a sign for clinic and on the phone I asked my associate if it is the right place
