I am raising a serious concern regarding the conduct of the CCMA Cape Town office and Commissioner Joshua August. During my case (WECT4081-25), Commissioner August pressured me to withdraw my matter and warned that pursuing it could harm my future employment prospects. I found this highly inappropriate and intimidating, especially as it came from someone expected to act impartially. He also made several misrepresentations in his ruling — including stating that I was not copied on management correspondence, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Furthermore, he disregarded the legal principle of vicarious liability, effectively absolving the employer of accountability for the actions of its managers. The commissioner’s reasoning reflected bias and a disregard for key facts presented under oath. I believe this constitutes a reviewable irregularity. While awaiting the outcome of the ongoing investigation, I have recently learned with great shock that my case of unfair labour practice was closed by the Cape Town CCMA, citing it as being outside their jurisdiction. This development feels like a continuation of the abuse I have been subjected to while remaining silent. I was informed of this closure by Aziza Taliep, CTN – Convening Senior Commissioner Assistant (Telephone: +27 21 469 0119). I am assuming that due diligence was exercised before this communication was sent to me. If this matter requires the involvement of political bodies, the Public Protector, or civil society organisations, I am prepared to take it to that extent. The credibility of this institution is being undermined by individuals who take the livelihoods of marginalised people for granted, and this cannot go unaddressed. My experience has left me deeply disappointed in the CCMA’s handling of the matter. As an ordinary employee seeking fairness, I expected protection — not further ************ or procedural unfairness. I am therefore requesting a formal review of Commissioner August’s conduct and a transparent investigation into how such conflicts of interest are managed within the CCMA.

Biased organisation
This commission is funded by tax payers but it is never there when it comes to issues involving South Africans only when it involves foreign nationals. Our hospitals, clinics and schools are overcrowded, and you don't say anything. Crime committed by foreign nationals against South Africans, you keep quiet. What you are doing is biased and unfair. Why don't you move to countries where your favourite foreigners come from and fight for them there, not in SOUTH AFRICA!

TAX PAYERS MONEY WASTED IN PAYING A DISFUNCTIONAL BODY SAHRC
This is just a **** and running after populist matters. SAHRC is not serving the poor South Africans rather they only do cases only if they will be in the media. This is just poor tax payers money. I reached out to them when employer was victimizing employees with proof on recording and they cared less. You will be told to call on Thursday and when you do they don't have time.

This is just a **** and running after populist matters. SAHRC is not serving the poor South Africans rather they only do cases only if they will be in the media. This is just poor tax payers money. Government of South Africa is killing Tshepo Joseph Mogari with their ******* foreigners disguised as asylum seekers
The South African government with private sector are holding me hostage here in South Africa for exposing what banks and insurance companies do. My family members are playing role in this mess. I have been isolated for over a year and half now. Soweto community is aware about my abuse but people are scared of the totalitarian government of South Africa. Police are refusing to open the case against private sector and government. My employer fired me unfairly but ccma and other regulator and human rights organisations refused to assist but they overlooked the matter. Every time I try and run away the government of South Africa is blocking me including blacks , whites and Asians of South Africa are participating in my abuse and that of my children

Con Artist Advocate in Cape Town ( Ahmed & Associates)
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report Mr Tashriq Ahmed, who failed to provide immigration services to my cousin. My cousin was arrested in Cape Town refugee home affairs when he went to apply for asylum. Someone advised us that Mr Tashriq, an advocate, could assist us with the matter. We contacted Mr Tashriq, and he showed his interest in helping us and assured us that he would deal with the case and get my cousin sorted out from court. However, on the day of the court appearance, he failed to show up to defend his client and claimed that he was in Johannesburg. He had charged an upfront fee of R17000, which I have proof of payment for. As a result, I phoned him and asked for my money back because my cousin received an order from the court to be deported since Mr Tashriq never attended and defended the matter. Mr Tashriq then started swearing at me and threatening me, stating that I was a foreign national and that the law would stand up with him. He has reportedly cheated many Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian, Egyptian, and poor African nationals who are trying to live an honest life in South Africa. I am requesting that the Deparment of Human Rights take serious action against Mr Tashriq Ahmed so that we can save innocent people from falling into his trap. Regards, Asif

My friend John in England once phoned the South African embassy in London to tell them about my big win in 2002. I won the world boxing title in front of 22 000 people. He wanted to take me there to meet them but the woman told John that Ruben (me) is not South African. Ruben is just Ruben, he is not South African. I was born and bred in South Africa. It's very sad when they refuse to acknowledge my victory in front of 22 000 People in Manchester

Commission is selective when comes to complains.
Last year 2021 I wrote a complaint to the commission about one of the state hospitals pediatric department. I received an automatic email telling me that someone will get back to me. Till date the commission hasn't got back to me. It seems they have more important issues to deal with than dealing with individual's issues.

Commission is selective when comes to complains.
Last year 2021 I wrote a complaint to the commission about one of the state hospitals pediatric department. I received an automatic email telling me that someone will get back to me. Till date the commission hasn't got back to me. It seems they have more important issues to deal with than dealing with individual's issues.
