Chemical poisoning in Pronutro
At the end of August I raised a product complaint with Bokomo Foods regarding the Banana Pronutro. The product had a foul chemical smell. I made it clear that I was not looking for any credit but was genuinely interested in updating Bokomo on this product as it was really bad. Then a few emails back & forth (I supp**** batch number) and now silence / no response to emails..... Bokomo have never contacted Me to collect the product or anything. They simply couldn't care less. Please folks be very careful to buy Pronutro from Bokomo as its quite clear they have ZERO quality control in place and simply don't care about complaints

Shocking Customer Service
Arena Holdings botched up my physical delivery of my financial mail for 4 weeks. Since August I have repeatedly asked them to show me that my subscription will end 4 weeks later. What a waste of time trying .... email after email ... a representative basically telling Me , no we don't do that. So I have no idea when my subscription will end. This is not the first time I have experienced useless service from the owners of Financial Mail.

Poor Customer Service.
Hi, Account Number: 7217719 I have emailed Financial Mail Helpline on the 9th of August & the 18th of August. Zero reply. (helpdesk@businesslive.co.za) Effectively, I have paid for a new subscription but it has not been activated and delivered.

Vodacom - Impossible to talk to, to fix something.
I have raised a query & received an email response with a Ref Number, 2 weeks ago. The email also said its best to follow 1. SMS - the number does not work; 2. Whats app - goes to a useless BOT which said a human will phone me but didn't 3. Web - also the useless BOT. 4. Telephone Numbers - not appropriate for Prepaid 5. App - they don't reply. Overall for such a major organisation ... they are utterly useless.

Useless Service by Experian.
Experian have a mistake on my profile. I have emailed them months ago & got a an initial response. Since then I have emailed to clarify as the mistake is not yet corrected and nothing. No response, nothing, I email and email. Deathly silence. What an awful company. They just hope you will go away.
