CVQuest - Theives of money
CVQuest makes you sign a contract and when you cancel, they don't respond to e-mails but they quick to take the money from your bank account. Requested a refund as the contract was cancelled within 21 days but told it is a no and have to pay for 6 months!!!!!! I as a human have rights and my right to cancel the contract is very valid. Not received a single document from them either.

Debt Rescue - Memory Oosthuizen is the best
Debt Rescue has been amazing since inception of my debt review process in December 2023. Anneline was amazing to start me on the road to financial freedom and Memory took over and kept me in the loop of every single step until the court order was issued. Now I am facing a challenge, but I am not fearful, why.... Memory is there and she assisted me with the process that needs to be followed once my vehicle is sold with all the relevant documents and information possibly required. Memory is a real super star and so helpful.

Excellent service - Dotsure for Pet Insurance
Within 12 mins of submitting claim, claim was processed and I received confirmation from Dotsure indicating the payment amount and claim results. Tamlyn Mostert sent all information so quickly

****STERS - TRAILERS UNLIMITED
****mers of money. Provide excellent service, get quote and even ask for registration details for the trailer after 50% deposit is paid. Then suddenly, no communication, doesn't answer phones. Pitch up at their office and guess what - doors are closed, gates are locked and no one in site. Ask a neighbor and they confirm no one has been there in 2 weeks. Owner was there the previous day for half and hour and left. One does their research to prevent things like this happening, see the good reviews, experience the customer service and they still end up ****ming you. I don't know how the owner sleeps at night knowing he ****med people out of hard earned money, from someone that truly just wanted to start her new business adventure.

Best Customer Service Ever - Dotsure
Very friendly, fast and efficient customer service from the team with each and every claim. I have been with Dotsure for over 3 years now and every single time I have claimed, they have phoned me to inform me about the payout, received the breakdown of the payment and assisted me with limits / cover queries for MRI scans etc. when I needed it for my 1 fur child. I have submitted claims at 18h00 at night and the next morning before 09h00 I get a call regarding my claim - best customer service ever.

MANICAA.COM NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order online for my special needs son on 15 July 2020. At first we got an e-mail stating when the goods will be shipped. Just before the shipment was due to be dispatched, I followed up with the team on the chat forum and then I was informed it will not be shipped!!! They then provided me with a new shipment date and yet again, no feedback from them and we still don't have confirmation when goods will be dispatched. Now imagine telling your special needs son, mommy ordered the toys but they haven't sent it - disappointed in the customer service as it is non-existent. I will never order from them again and will now insist on getting a refund. My advise - DO NOT ORDER FROM MANICAA.COM EVER

Exceptional customer service
On the evening of my accident Sikhulile Mduli provided me with exceptional customer service. Not only did she give me all the required information but she also followed up if I was okay and ensure I can phone her if I need anything. Sikhulile also informed me until what time I could contact her that evening before she leaves work. The following day Sikhulile followed up again. Today, 2 weeks after my accident do I receive a gift, yes a gift, from Sikhulile and team Outsurance. Absolutely in awe of the outstanding customer service received. Thank you Sikhulile, really appreciate your efforts.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Request a quote and get a call back within 1 min - that is at 19h00 at night. Got assisted immediately and received confirmation of cover whilst on the phone still. Buko really did an amazing job
