Trailers unlimited ***** case
These people have also ****med us out of a deposit 1 day before they closed their doors and disappeared. The property is now for sale. There are a few cases againt them. Please do the same and open a case at Krugersdorp police station.

****mers of money. Provide excellent service, get quote and even ask for registration details for the trailer after 50% deposit is paid. Then suddenly, no communication, doesn't answer phones. Pitch up at their office and guess what - doors are closed, gates are locked and no one in site. Ask a neighbor and they confirm no one has been there in 2 weeks. Owner was there the previous day for half and hour and left. One does their research to prevent things like this happening, see the good reviews, experience the customer service and they still end up ****ming you. I don't know how the owner sleeps at night knowing he ****med people out of hard earned money, from someone that truly just wanted to start her new business adventure.

Dishonest business who needs to be publicised!!!!
This business deserves ZERO STAR RATING!!! It’s astonishing what you do to people!!!! You run your business like a HUGE ****!!! Taking peoples money and not honouring your commitment! No communication with customers!!!! They just don’t respond to calls and emails and make your call ring without an answer! Rayne is always conveniently out of office!!!!! My husband has paid R28 422,67 deposit for a car trailer 25th January 2024 and still no car trailer and very hard to get our deposit back ! Nonsense about owners in New Zealand when we pay into SA bank accounts! Technology makes the world a small place and transactions can be made worldwide!!!! We are all in business and know how systems work! Because of Trailers unlimited incompetence our business is taking a knock!!!! Disgusting how you run your business and what you do to people!!!!! We feel like we have been ****med by RAYNE!!!!! ***PLEASE READ REVIEWS ABOUT TRAILERS UNLIMITED before making any deposits to them!!!!!**** Very disappointed and unsatisfied customers!!!!!!

They will give you the runaround once they have your money. No more calls or emails. You will be chasing them.
Is this even a legitimate company? I think not. ****mers and I fell for it but I am here to tell you don't do the same mistake. I requested a quotation from them last year and I got multiple until we landed on a cheaper one, I managed to get the funds required to pay for that quote and they told me that prices have inflated but the lady in reception will speak to management and see if they will still sell to me for that price. She came back to me with the same quote and told me they had agreed. My mistake was not asking her to change the date on the quote to reflect this year. That was on 7 march 2024 Few weeks later (28 march 2024) I paid the quote in full with excess because I accidentally paid for a previous quote that costed a little more. On 2 April after the easter holiday when I realized my error I asked that they refund me the excess and the ladies in reception and sales told me that they would have to speak to management. I waited the entire week for management's response who was conviniently not in the whole week. They said they had to confirm my payment first before anything could move on, my refund would be processed and my order would be sent to production. Tell me why on 10 April when i got tired of waiting and asked they refund me insteaf they immediately tell me my payment has been confirmed and they send me a new quote, adjusted for inflation that now costs more than what I paid? They told me I had to pay an extra 2k. I told them to cancel the order as a whole and just give me my money back but now they refuse. They refuse to give me a refund stating that my order is now in production, production that started when? Because I told them within minutes that I was no longer interested with the sale. They now tell me that their elusive management is in new Zealand and they can't process my refund because the New Zealand people are the only ones with access to their accounts. I mean who runs a business in another country and and don't respond to emails or customer querries? Linda the sales lady who is in contact with them is always not in the office, its just Sue the reception and "she doesn't know anything" because she is just a receptionist 🥺 While I chase them trying to get my money back, my business suffers because I am not making any orogress or sales. This was supposed to be a new investment after working so hard for 2 years and to kust have it all taken away in mere minutes is heart breaking to say the least. Mize at all cost, avoid this company if its a real company. I am taking legal action to get my money back

I would not give a star rating except that the system requires it. We ordered our motorbike trailer and paid our deposit for delivery in August 2023. In December they said the trailer was nearly finished but Christmas was a problem but in the new year they would deliver. Since then we have heard nothing. They have ****** our deposit and have not delivered on their promise. I would advise others to take you business else where. This company is collecting deposits and deliverying nothing. Very angry and disappointed that white people can so easily ******* their fellow man and not worry about it 😞

We paid these people a deposit of R70,000 for them to start with the trailers last year, March 2023. However they kept beating around the bush and stalling by saying they cannot start with the trailer due to load shedding and eventually stopped responding to us. Rayne is very arrogant and rude and refuses to take responsibility for the delay for the whole year. The entire South Africa experiences load shedding so I do not understand what type of excuse this is. As a business with paying customers, you should take responsibility to ensure that your customers get what they paid for. We’ve tried speaking to them via phone and email but we are being ignored. 366 days have passed and not one sort of guarantee that either the money or the trailer would be given.

Thank you for my mobile food trailer. I love it. The build quality is fantastic. It’s spacious inside and the cooking equipment installed nicely. Took a little longer than expected but with load shedding and all of South Africa’s challenges I think every business is battling to hit targets. Thank you Rayne, Linda and everyone else at Trailers Unlimited. Rayne gave me a few pointers and advice upon collection regarding wrapping, menu ideas etc etc.

Thank you for my mobile food trailer. I love it. The build quality is fantastic. It’s spacious inside and the cooking equipment installed nicely. Took a little longer than expected but with load shedding and all of South Africa’s challenges I think every business is battling to hit targets.
