Very disappointed
Good day We ordered a trailer and paid our 50% deposit on 26 June 2023 with the promise that we would take delivery of the trailer in 40 days. They advised us that they had just put in generators so load shedding was not as much of a problem and that they were busy catching up on their back log. but now it is just over 60 days and every time we phone to find out about the trailer we are told that there has not been an update from the factory yet but they will find out and let us know. And nothing happens. We are getting very frustrated as we ordered the trailer as we have work to do with the trailer and now we are being forced to rent trailers as cost to us in order to get our work done which is not acceptable.

09 Feb 2024, 14:45Since my last post in October 2023. We are still waiting for our trailer, a bike trailer😞. We continually contact them and get told the foreman will phone us back but nothing happens. We were meant to take delvery in August 2023 but still nothing 😞. The last excuse was ran out of time and were closing for Christmas but now into the 2nd month i to the next year and no sign of it. So very sorry we chose them to msnufacture for us as we have been patient and understanding of the load shedding etc. But obviously this was not a good approach as it has not helped us.😉 We are now "celebrating" 200 days since placing the order 😞
