Makro online non existent service!!!!!!!
Good day I am extremely frustrated. On 30 Nov 2024 i ordered a grey table and 6 chairs order MAK8385004. On Tuesday 3 Dec 2024 part of the order was delivered. The table but a white table was delivered. I immediately advised them of the error and filled out the return on my profile. Since then the other part of the delivery was received correctly. My problem is nothing has been actioned about the wrong colour table which i had to pay a premium for. I have sent 3 emails ( no reply) phoned 3 times ( twice it was to be escalated) (the 3rd time i cant even get through to them) been to their depot and spoke to the manager of online sales Blondie, who promised to contact me the next day but it is now 2 days later still no call or advise of when this is to be addressed. When i ordered the stated date fir final delivery was 7 Dec 2024 and i am still waiting for their mess up to be fixed. They take your money but after that they mess up and could not be cared.

I would not give a star rating except that the system requires it. We ordered our motorbike trailer and paid our deposit for delivery in August 2023. In December they said the trailer was nearly finished but Christmas was a problem but in the new year they would deliver. Since then we have heard nothing. They have ****** our deposit and have not delivered on their promise. I would advise others to take you business else where. This company is collecting deposits and deliverying nothing. Very angry and disappointed that white people can so easily ******* their fellow man and not worry about it 😞

Very disappointed
Good day We ordered a trailer and paid our 50% deposit on 26 June 2023 with the promise that we would take delivery of the trailer in 40 days. They advised us that they had just put in generators so load shedding was not as much of a problem and that they were busy catching up on their back log. but now it is just over 60 days and every time we phone to find out about the trailer we are told that there has not been an update from the factory yet but they will find out and let us know. And nothing happens. We are getting very frustrated as we ordered the trailer as we have work to do with the trailer and now we are being forced to rent trailers as cost to us in order to get our work done which is not acceptable.
