The communication is really frustrating. I've now sent the second email to the manager complaining about the lack of sensible feedback. One would think that the situation should improve after the first one. Alas... It is painfull that the update per Audatex differs from the update you receive from the staff. This time, the estimated date of repair completed is different. Reading through other posts, communication seems to be constant issue. Light at the end of the tunnel - after using them previously, their work was very good. It irks that the choice is between a blurple state of mind or colour of car.... Adding to the frustration, is the dedicated service provider not being available or retuning enquiries.
Paid a deposit in February, the shop closed. No communication. Had to drive to property to find shop closed down. No refund or partial compensation. No replies on emails or calls.
Trying to follow up on delivery of purchase from Mall of Africa shop. No answer on phone, only the standard "we'll be in touch" replies on emails, no success on the WhatsApp number either.

After enquiring to get a printer, originaly the sales person was very helpful. The printer was delevered on a Thursday. Only then did it come out that the technician is not based at the shop. We are told the technician will only fetch the printer tomorrow (Friday) or Monday. On follow up email, to story change to Wednesday or Thursday.
