They are quick with responses and help in a timely manner. Staff is also friendly and they check up on you to see if your problem has been resolved
My car’s battery died and they were able to assist me with speed. Fast and easy 😁
On the 28th of November I signed up for thr Vitality Healthyweight program of which you guys already debited despite the fact that you ask clients on which date they would like to start ( i said I'd like to start on the 3rd of November). In addition to that, my coach was only available the 3rd of November onwards so I only saw her on the 4th of November. I feel like its a ******* because you give your clients some generic meal plan and have their coaches reach out to them with only a introduction video and Google Meet calendar and feel like that's enough to claim that we as clients are using the benefits. I mean we don't pay R395/295 for an app. We pay for the services of the dietician so unless I consult with my dietician on the day I pay for the program, I shouldn't be held liable for the payment for the program actually starts.
I took my car for a valet at Plus Carwash Melrose Arch and I am so frustrated and disappointed by their service. First they told me to fetch the car the same day, the interior was still WET and they put the rubber mats ONTOP of the WET carpet. And said I can take the car and leave it outside with the doors open?? I obviously left the car there because that’s not what I paid for. The next day going to fetch the car, they have no sense of communication. They take your number for no reason because they don’t even use it. They didn’t clean the car properly and the literally RUINED my steering wheel leather. Didn’t clean the engine. My mags were still dirty.
We paid these people a deposit of R70,000 for them to start with the trailers last year, March 2023. However they kept beating around the bush and stalling by saying they cannot start with the trailer due to load shedding and eventually stopped responding to us. Rayne is very arrogant and rude and refuses to take responsibility for the delay for the whole year. The entire South Africa experiences load shedding so I do not understand what type of excuse this is. As a business with paying customers, you should take responsibility to ensure that your customers get what they paid for. We’ve tried speaking to them via phone and email but we are being ignored. 366 days have passed and not one sort of guarantee that either the money or the trailer would be given.
Dawid Janse van Rensburg was very helpful and sufficient in doing my request 🙏
