We have written 2 emails to Leather Guard to log an insurance claim and we still have not received feedback. Not even an acknowledgement that they have received or emails. We have been paying for the insurance /leather Guard cover and we cannot claim. Currently on of the couch frame seems to be broken because when people sit it makes a sound and a bend can be seen in the middle when someone sits on that particular seat. 2. We previously claimed for oil stains on that particular couch. They collected the couch and replaced the panel, we however made a complaint that the wrong leather type/material was used, they collected the couch and indicated they had corrected the problem but the leather used is not the same. Now it is very clear that the material used is incorrect as it is different from the rest of the couch. We are kindly requesting that Leather Guard resolves these issues.
