I cannot speak more highly of your team. They were unobtrustive, very careful with their packing and quite frankly, a delight. Spent over an hour at Raglands this afternoon. Between 4 shop assistants we finally left with fabric for one set of curtains. The shop assistants seemed more interested in having conversations with each other than helping us. Quite simply appalling customer service. Will not repeat the experience.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Khanyeni Assisted Living Facility in Himeville, KZN. The care, compassion and understanding they showed to my mother, who is a new resident there, was incredible. Thank you!
Had fibre installed in our holiday home in Knysna. When our visitors arrived they could not connect. After contacting WebAfrica Support through their WhatsApp, we were told that we needed to sent a Tech guy to the house to see what the problem was. We live in Jhb. The tech guy came back and told us that there was no internal wireless and that we would need to buy one and connect up then. I went back on line and explained this to Support. My query about would we be reimbursed for the cost of the router and call out we had had to pay because WebAfrica had not delivered a router was then escalated to the manager. So I was told. I waited online to hear from him. Nothing. So we have paid out over R700 for a contract with WebAFrica including a free modem, which was not delivered, and then had to pay for one! Then told that it was unlikely finance would pay for it, it was procurements problem and then had it escalated to the manager on duty, who, believe it or not, has not come back to me!
Placed a large order with CTM online for an upgrade to a farmhouse in KZN. Requested that these materials be sent from the branch in PMB in one load so that I would not have to pay a delivery fee more than once. The fee was R15 000 which we thought was excessive but paid. Then realised on delivery that the materials had come from Boksburg and the drivers had driven the whole day, from there to Underberg. I have contacted the sales person, Andrea Marks, who said she had tried to phone me. I asked her to email me as I am hard of hearing. To date I have heard nothing. I have now emailed the store manager.
Nearly three weeks later and still no refund or response from the manager of this company. In the end I have had to do the materials development myself and submit it to the SETA. Do not buy materials from this company. They are not SETA Accredited and they do not remediate them if they are not approved. Still waiting!
My experience with this company has been shocking. I bought training material from them in 2017 and did not receive all the documents required for SETA accreditation. After several months of emailing, their phone is never answered, I finally got the documents. However, these were not up to scratch and I knew they would not go through the SETA. I questioned the company but was assured these materials had gone through programme approval before. I submitted the materials in July of this year. They did not get through programme approval. For the last three weeks I have asked for the materials to be remediated. They are, after all, advertised as SETA Accredited with an assurance that the materials will be remediated if they do not get through the SETA. Eventually, after several emails, I had an apology and that I would be refunded the money I paid. I have requested this payment several times now and to date, I have still not received it. I am completely frustrated by the lack of professionalism and competence and would not recommend this company as a materials developer to anyone!
I bought SETA accredited material from this company in December of 2017 and paid up front as requested. When I received the material I saw that it was not SETA compliant. I have requested at least five times for the materials due to be to be sent through. Nothing has been forthcoming. Today I have two of the people in the company hang up on me or refuse to take my call. If this is the type of service they offer I warn other customers not to use them.
