Stuttaford van line. *******
I am appalled with this company. We were asked to obtain 3 separate quotations for a simple move from Somerset Wets to Stilbaai. All three companies were given the same brief and direction. Quote 1: R14500 Quote 2: R24750 Quote 3: Stut Stuttaford Van Lines R92000. How on earth can Stuttaford's justify such a ridiculous price compared to it's competition? This was a shared consignment too from them and not the other 2. Shameful.

Disappointing service for international move
We paid an exorbitant amount to relocate our furniture and boxes from Johannesburg to Abu Dhabi with Stuttaford Van Lines, based on a quoted transit time of 4–6 weeks. Our goods were collected on 25 June 2025, but the container was only booked with the shipping line almost two months later, and delivery was completed nearly 13 weeks after collection. For weeks we received little to no communication — multiple emails and WhatsApps went unanswered until we escalated by copying in additional staff. Our original consultant disappeared without a handover, which added to the frustration. On a positive note, once the container finally shipped, the process on the UAE side was smooth, and our belongings arrived intact. However, for a premium-priced service, the poor communication and delay were unacceptable. We hope Stuttaford reviews its internal communication and booking processes so that future customers receive the level of professionalism expected from a brand with such a longstanding reputation.
