I would just like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Stuttaford Van Lines who kind heartedly donated a few boxes to a single mom in need, who has to vacate her home. Your gesture is much appreciated and a huge blessing to this lady.
Karabo was excellent. At first I didn't have all the information at hand that he needed and then he contacted me promptly back on the day and time he said he would. He was friendly, helpful and even made phone calls on my behalf to sort out the necessary information and the off course to top it all he gave me a super quote, which I accepted immediately. Will recommend Outsurance to anybody after the experience I had with Karabo!

Closing Edgards account and getting your paid up letter is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! My Edgars account was hand over to MBD. This was not an account - as I paid up my account a year ago already and asked Edgards to close the account - which they then DIDN'T DO. I then months later heard from MBD Attorneys who said I owed Edgars money - for some service fees or something I am still not quite sure what. After discuss this at lenght with Xolani from MBD, I was assured (and pretty much held at randsom) that it I paid the R305, the matter would be settled and I would be able to get a paid up letter. I immediately paid the money and sent the proof thereof to MBD. It has now been more than 2 months that I have been struggling to get my paid up letter. NOW IT CAME UNDER MY ATTENTION BY MY BANK that I have a bad credit record..... THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have made so many phone calls, sent SO MANY emails (I have read receipts from about 20 people at MBD) - BUT NOTHING. They just don't care... I actually don't know what to do anymore!
