Terrible service from the start! What was presented was not what was supplied to start with. When I needed additional equipment it was sold to us under a 3 years lease at exuberant prices. Training on the system was not given as promised and we had to pay for them provide us with assistance in setting up voicemail. Faulty hand sets that I am still paying for under the 3 year lease they refusing to replace. While the service people do arrive fairly quickly upon logging a call, they cannot seem to sort out continuous line problems! Once your service agreement expires then you first get an hefty invoice for payment before they send anyone out to assist. They decided to change our billing date from the standard end of the month to the middle of the month, without any consent or notice, and then they managed to make a proper mess of our invoices and debit order that do not reconcile......and good luck getting a proper statement of account from them! I wish I could cancel the contract and get them to come take their system out! Believe it or not they are WORSE THAN TELKOM!! Please people do not make the same mistake we did and sign up for a 3 year contract!
