Their business name is a lie to start with, they do not offer any solution to your business other than endless false hope, lies!! Since starting business with them we have received endless promises of better services, this and that software etc, etc and to date nothing materialized!! And when you decide to cancel and move to another SP they come up with ridiculous amounts that needs to be paid to terminate the contract and then even after paying these amount, they continue to DEBIT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!! They are definately an unethical and not good company to do business with, and sell an outdated system without any additional support to help you better your business!! if you are looking for a SP do not use these people because you will have more headaches.. I would rather stay with Telkom than use these people (and we know Telkom aint the best either but waaaay better than this company)

More lies uncovered from these unscrupulous delinquents. Firstly I as sold refurbished machines and never got told this, never signed for increases yet massive increases given. Current sales staff tell me the muppet who sold me the machines and others like him who know they're leaving the company write horrific deals and then leave with the Comm. Daisy know this yet have made next to zero effort to sort out. 2nd in charge came to see me and promised he would get back to me since the 21st of February

shocking service from start to finish with these clowns. device not working since January. finally collected in March and we were told working device would be delivered within a week. Still waiting 6weeks later and now no reply to emails, phone calls. in the meantime we are being charged monthly by Asset finance for a device we do not have in our possession!

Numerous service problems - you can report faulty lines, telephones, log service calls, etc etc, they just do not respond....very quick to take installment every month...no joy at all from this company......very very bad service for the past 4 years..........

Our Business moved premices We got or agent Morne in to sort out our tellephones. He was supposed to cancell the ADSL line in the process. This was never done Prior to the 25th of July 2018 we communicated with communicating with Morne (the agent who left DAISY's services) Ressa and Shafiqua as we were summonsed by Telkom for the outstanding account of R7 775.73 * 25th of July We emailed Izan Botes (Director) Izan Called and said he will reimburse the R7 775.73 as per the attached by end July 2018 * 10th Sept 2018 We emailed Izan as no payment was made. Johan van den Berg called and said that Izan asked him to investigate. Johan will get back to us by the next day * 13 Sept 2018 I called Johan as he never contacted us as per the previous discussion. He would investigate and get back to me that same day. * 14 Sept 2018 I call Johan as he never got back to me with an answer as he said he would. I requested the nr of Izan Botes. I called Izan on his cell as he was not in the office. he rejected my call. *17 Sept 2018 I call Izan. He was in a meeting. I left a message with Zubaida for him to call me. Izan got back to me and requested I forward him the amount in question for payment I forwarded the email and said that I was fed-up with empty promises that if the money does not reflect in the account of CP Landboudienste by Friday, I will bad mouth Daisy on social media. * 20 Sept 2018 I forwarded an email as a reminder * 21 Sept 2018 I phoned and spoke with Johne Coetzee as the monies does not reflect. I was given the cell nr of Mitchell Cowie (sales manager) ********** 450, as he was not in the office I phoned Mitchell and he asked me to forward him this email. He will investigate. I realize that people make mistakes. It is al how one correct a mistake. In this instance there was a whole lot of mistakes made in the process that was supposed to be the correction. Not trust worthy people at all!!!!

Very bad service. We contacted the Witbank branch and they were initially very helpful with our application. But when it came to installation they gave bad feedback and poor excuses. We are still waiting for installation.

Terrible service from the start! What was presented was not what was supplied to start with. When I needed additional equipment it was sold to us under a 3 years lease at exuberant prices. Training on the system was not given as promised and we had to pay for them provide us with assistance in setting up voicemail. Faulty hand sets that I am still paying for under the 3 year lease they refusing to replace. While the service people do arrive fairly quickly upon logging a call, they cannot seem to sort out continuous line problems! Once your service agreement expires then you first get an hefty invoice for payment before they send anyone out to assist. They decided to change our billing date from the standard end of the month to the middle of the month, without any consent or notice, and then they managed to make a proper mess of our invoices and debit order that do not reconcile......and good luck getting a proper statement of account from them! I wish I could cancel the contract and get them to come take their system out! Believe it or not they are WORSE THAN TELKOM!! Please people do not make the same mistake we did and sign up for a 3 year contract!
