I visited the animal hospital on Sunday 3 Aug 2025 during visiting hours 10 to 11am. As per the attached screen shot on the wesite extra fees would be charged if not during visiting hours. They charge R190 for cleaning out the anal glands that took 7 min to do. The receptionist mentioned that an xtra fee of R390 will apply. I said that this is contradicting to their website. I started washing the bedding toys and carpets ect at home. I stayed for them to clean out the glands. I asked the receptionist to cancell our file as I will not be supporting them again. I buy my pets food, eye drops, ear drops, toys, tic pills, shampoo, had him sterilised, visited them weekly to change his bandage and to have XRays done ofter he broke his leg as a 10 week old puppy. They were to happy to loose a client. Fortunatly we have good vets in the area who woud appreciate the loyal support more. Showing greed is a terrible way to do business.
I had a very bad experiense with a host of a property I booked for easter weekend i Cape Agalhus. She was disrespectfull, did not bother to sort problem at Genade van bo uit. **** several times about not receiving messages, about refunding, blaming the cleaning lady for everything that went wrong. I sent Lekeslaap the communication videos and the 2nd person I spoke with sorted out the problem in no time.
I was at the shop 5/5/2025 at reg 2 at 9.11 am Store G746 buying something I did not need to get R10 cash to pay the car guard. The lady said they are waiting on the petty cash. I asked if they are not supposed to be ready for clients 10 minutes after the store opened? They said the cash is on the way. When she received the cash she was counting her petty cash first before attending to me. she counted it over as she thought she made a mistake and make me wait. Bad BAD super bad service!!!!!! this is the second time I have an attitude problem with the same lady. The 1st time was a week after the store opened. I take my pet to the groomer at Laborie and the also stock everything you have at your store. Do not be surprised if you doors closes soon because of the attitude of an employee treating clients as ****.
I booked a house for 2 people for easter weekend I waled a 337 km Lighthouse pilgrimage route from Mossel bay to Cape Augalhus. My daughter fetched me at Augalhus the Friday afternoon when we finished the route We went to the house we booked called Genade van bo After supper we wanted to use the dishwasher. The water kept om running in although we switched the machine off as we have a lot of respect for other peoples belongings and we were afraid that the cupboards could be damaged by the machine leaking. We used all the towels to dry the floors. I did let the owner Natasha know. My message was read but no reply. The internet was not good at all. We would wait for it to upload 4 to 6 times in an hour. The toilet was leaking. The bedding in the main bedroom was not fresh. The pillowcases of the previous guests was still on the pillows. The clean pillowcases matching the duvet was on the bed. The drawer in the kitchen under the zinc was not closing. Making it very uncomfortable to do the dishes seeing that the dishwasher did not work. The washing pegs was black with mold. The plastic in the lid of the plunger came loose. Making it impossible to pour coffee in your mug. The security of the house? It is situated next to a field. The fencing at the back on the side of the field was moved out of the track. I did take photos and videos and forward this to the owner and Lekeslaap. She was very apologetic hours later and offered to pay back the money but never did. Thus we ended up staying as I was not sure if she could be trusted. Where would I be able to find another house to stay in over easter Weekend? My review was not placed on the website of Lekeslaap until I enquired about them not being honoust with potential clients wanting to book and then the excuse was that they investigate reviews 2 weeks after the complaint. The owner then has a chance to respond. The owner did offer to pay back the money and that things go wrong sometimes. The money was never paid back. I therefor stayed. I paid R7900 for 2 people for 3 evenings and had to sleep on not clean pillowcases, not having dry towels, slipped on the wet floor of the bathroom as a result of a leaking toilet etc. I am so very happy that everything works at my house!!!!! I was offered a gift voucher by Lekeslaap. I do not even know the value and I am not interested!!! I was not complaining to get a voucher. I was disrespected.
Vodacom's apauling service is shocking!!!!! Clients review them. They reply with an automated message that someone will contact you. No one does. The client get a message after 4 days to say the ticket is closed. No solution. After 3 reviews
I wrote an email to Vodacom asking them to correct my contract amount as this increased without my concent. I heard nothing. A week later I informed Vodacom that I was going to review them on Helo Peter. They did not bother. I placed a review on Helo Peter and got a message saying GOOD NEWS Vodacom will contact me personally. 6 Days later and no one contacted me. Today I got a message to say the ticket is closed. I send Vodacom an email regarding an increase in my account. A few months ago, I had the same problem. It took them months to sort it out, but they eventually refunded the amount due to me. It is supposed to be R1817,99 per month and not R1924.80 The last time you added extra costs to my account without my concent I reviewed you on Hello Peter. Please adjust the account for 1 April to the amount of R1817,99 less the credit of 106,81 and load the debit order for R1 711,18 Call me if you do not understand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 Days later and no reply
I was looking to book a holiday house through AirBnb. I still had 1 enquiry that I needed an answer to before going ahead with the booking. I requested banking details to make a 50% payment as a deposit, once I receive the answer to my question. Next I got a message thanking me for my payment of the full amount out of my debit order account. I did not give banking details. I wanted to pay the deposit out of another account. A few years back I paid a booking, I made through AirBnd, out of my debit order account, but this was not part of my planning now. I never got the answer to my question via AirBnb. The host was so kind as to answer when I repeated my question to her. She assisted me as to how to go about to cancel the booking to get the R12 000 refund. I then got the first message from Air bnb saying the refund will take up to 15 working days to reflect in my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER book through AirBnb EVER again
I am charged for entertainment services, purchased content 2, for the past 3 months. I visited the Vodacom store in Wellington when the extra costs was charged to my account the 1st time. The next month when it happened again I visited the Vodacom store in Paarl Mall. I got a sms to say that the problem was sorted. The next month I was charged R434.88 extra again. I went to the Paarl mall store again. I got a call from Vodacom saying that they will be refunding me R800. Today I got a sms saying the next debit order will be for the amount of R2252.87 on 1/10/1014. Meaning that they charged 434.88 again.
