Host connection - no response after 6 weeks

Below is an email trail of my correspondence to Host Connection. To date I have had no response other than an automated response that they received my email. I tried calling the tel no noted on the automated response ( and their website) and it says that they do not take phone calls. Phillip Israelsohn Good day I sent an email to your company on the 26 January (see below) Other than a read receipt, I have received absolutely no response !! Now 6 weeks later I am still having the same problems with my email. This is extremely poor service and I expect feedback as a matter of urgency !! My email addresses are ********** and ********** These email addresses are linked to my Telkom email addresses ie ********** and ********** The past 2 weeks we are having difficulty receiving emails that are sent to ********** and ********** We receive them sporadically and sometimes we only receive them the next day. I called Telkom and they advised that we need to contact Host Connection, as the website and email addresses are hosted with you. Can you please assist.
