the worst place to ever take your car DO NOT take your car there the manager is very rude and disrespectful and i asked him for a quote for a service and he didnt even bother helping me as he told me i can take my car elsewhere this place is very unreliable and i honestly was distrauted
the Worst experience and worst custoemr service that i have received imagine being sworn and illtreated by the owner of the garage these are the same guys who swear at the clients and promote false advertising by saying a service for your car is R700 when it is false you will end up paying R2000 and upwards. I was coming in to just ask for a quote for my mercedes-benz Thermostate and they ended up talking towaerds me with an attitufde and swearing at me as well. The worst customer service received and i want EVERYONE to know that never take your car the owner is very rude and disrespectful and illtreats his clients my i please advise everyone to never take your car there
I wanted to get a new insurance and I called King Price I was assisted by Clevaan Chinasamy. She was friendly, patient and very helpful. I got the best premium. Your speaking to Mr Mkhize i had taken my laundry for dry cleaning about 3 months ago and then when i had wanted to come and collect my laundry they had misplaced my yellow blazer and plus my brown jacket. When i had confronted management and plus the owners of the shop they had swore at me and plus one black lady was very rude and disrespectful towards me after i had demanded my jacket and blazer. This shop is very unprofessional and useless staff is very rude as well may i worn every client thats taking their laundry to this shop to watch out staff is very rude and owners of the shop will misplace your stuff within a blink of an eye. For the past 3 months they have not returned what belongs to me and without my conscent they had given away my clothing. Very rude staff and i wonder how does the owner run her shop be careful of these ****mers and ******s who will rob u and take your stuff to charity without your conscent i advise ALL clients to stay away.
The worst Dealership ever last year November 21 2022. I bought a car from sandton central cars/Weelee Sandton now at first i thought i had made an investment with them yet to find out that the dealership is a scam. The car they sold me at first shocks were replaced on the car by the dealership ok fine. After that yet to find out that the car suspension has been redone on the car by the warranty. Now just to find out that theirs water coming in somewhere inside the boot when it rains at first i discussed this with Aubrey Modingwane but instead of him assisting me who was a salesperson of the dealership yet he is also the person who sold me the car now refuses to assist me. The sales manager Beleisha Moolman has been sent messages on whatsapp from the client Mr Thulani Mkhize but no response has come back to me. Ive advised the dealership that could they either attend to this problem and help me as the car was bought like this but noone has assisted me in this matter, therefore forcing my hand to take this up with the lawyers in either doing a substitution of exchange of goods or i cancel this deal with the dealership and they return the banks money. now that they have chowed my money they now refusing to assist me. My advise to those who are reading this NEVER buy a car from this dealership its a scam if they cant even help me with the water coming into the boot neither the salesperson then ask yourself what type of car will they sell to you. my Advise to those who would like to purchase at Sandton Central Cars/Weelee run while u still can anc cancel your deal before u land up in the same boat as Mr Mkhize 0766386173
Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing this review because as a customer i am not happy at all with the service that has been given to me at Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview on Friday 20th August 2021 i had booked in my car at Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview for Clunking of noise on the front suspension ok thats fine i had dropped off the car at 7:15am and repairs had been done on the car. When it was time for me to fetch the car at 4pm in which i had got to the dealership at 4:30pm my Mercedes-Benz had scratches on the front bumper of my car from left to right where as to when i had booked in the car the car had no scratches on the front bumper underneath. Now when i had spoken to management about this they had falsefully denied the situation and claimed that the bumper already had scratches on the front underneath when as a client i ensured that i had given them the car with no scratches underneath the bumper where as a client they wanted me to take the car as is and i refused. Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview then had given me a smart car to use for mobility as we speak as a client i dont feel safe in that car and i dont even feel secure and fear for my safety and life in that vehicle where as to i had bought a mercedes-benz from them not a smart car so does it make sense for them to give me a car like that? Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview has failed to look after me as a customer and refuse to give me a Mercedes-Benz for mobility while they are trying to launch an investigation is it because im a black client why as to they are treating me like this and they are not looking after me as a client? are they concerned about my safety? Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview has failed to look after me as a client and dont care about my safety as i am driving a smart car in which i am not happy with and as we speak i am very worried if they are going to fix my car or not and for how long will i drive this smart car me being unhappy as a client, the manager of the dealerhsip even had the decency to backchat and not even rectify the situation, I do encourage othe clients of Mercedes-Benz bedfordview who take their cars there to be very cautious and carfeful as we dont know how do they treat our cars when we take them there for service my advise after this horrible experince i do not encourage for one to service at mercedes-benz bedfordview andf to think twice before servicing there however do check your car for scratches and dents as u never know how do they drive our cars when we are not there as customers. I requested a mercedes-benz as a loan car but they did not even give me one. As a client as i write this letter i do not feel valued as a customer and definitely do feel undermined as a client where they have failed to look after me or my needs and safety
