We went to Boer and Butcher Haasendal last night,our night were supposed to be a celebration, however it turned out to be the total opposite.We arrived at the restaurant at 18:30.Prior to this,I have made a reservation the morning already.We were not welcomed to our table and staff were not friendly at all upon arrival. Our waiter Thomas came to take our order for drinks,I must say he was the only one that was friendly.Our drinks arrived, however the beers were not cold and tasted as if it's expired.We informed the staff,and a lady named Marlene arrived at our table.This was the same lady that came to ask if she can take our menus on the table,because they were running short on menus! Marlene told a lady at the table that she cannot change her beer, because she drank already to much of it,but the way she said this was somewhat upsetting!After the drinks,we ordered food,but our food only arrived before 9.Our kids were hungry and there were just no act of urgency among the staff.One lady came to our table more than an hour later to apologize as they were short staff the evening.Why was this not mentioned when we arrived at the restaurant that the waiting time will be longer due to staff issues?By 20:30 we haven't yet received our starters of which we have order more than an hour ago, we informed the waiter to cancel the starters as this was meant to arrive at the table before our Main meals.Very unhappy with the service received!!
I have a flexi reserve on my bond of which I keep funds in and have access to it via internet banking and cell phone banking app.When I tried utilising the funds on Sunday due to an emergency, I could not access the funds at all.The funds weren't available.I have called the call centre and they were not available on Sundays.I had access to none of my funds at all and had to wait till the Monday.When I called the branch they said there was a system error and funds would be available at the end of the day.When I checked balances it was still not available.I have called the call centre nr ********** 007 and they informed me that my bond account was not fica'd.I have received no information what so ever to verify my bond account.This is a huge problem as to not informing me as the client and just place a block on my funds.I now have to visit the nearest branch to activate the account again.There were no changes done on the bond account and why should I now fica my account again? I am very frustrated and disappointed in the service I have received over the passed two days.
