And so the saga continues. After sending numerous emails to Samsung with no satisfactory answer, I put a review on HelloPeter. This got an immediate response from SAMSUNG. Still not satifactory, as it was from someone in the complaints department to said they had no record of the emails sent. Could I please tell her the problem. AGAIN, I went over everything, because at least I now had a person phoning and not an email response. She apologized profusely and said she would escalate the problem to management. Next thing I know I get a call from a contractor, telling me they had been instructed to make an appointment to come and quote!!!!! I asked who was going to pay for the callout and quote. ME, they tell me, so I declined, as this was not what I wanted from SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG sent an sms saying my repair had been cancelled and to call if I required any further assistance.!!!!! I GIVE UP.........SAMSUNG YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
After many years of experiencing various problems with my Samsung double door fridge/freezer and spending a LOT of money on repairs I decided to give in and buy a new one. Only to discover that the price of fridge/freezer is astronomical, so decided to approach SAMSUNG on the offchance that they would be able to sort out the problem that I have with my fridge . WELL, to date I have sent them email after email asking for someone who has the authority to make decisions(not a call centre agent) as I felt that this was something that needed expert opinions. They automatically respond saying someone will call me with 24/48hrs - NOTHING. Then when i got frustrated I got an email apologizing and could I tell them what the problem was (after having explained this already in at least 4 previous emails. I warned them in my last email that I was going to complain on HelloPeter and again they came back saying someone would contact me, if I could tell them what the problem was. REALLY!!!!! Service is really shocking..........
I was contacted by Unathi Yekani after being recommended by the Bromhof Vet. He was extremely professional and helpful. Gave me all the options, emailed them to me and said he would call me the following Tues. He did exactly as he said he would and I have signed up with them. He is definitely an asset to Dotsure. Thank you Unathi.
on the 19th December 2017 Ferndale Appliance Repair Centre came and took the door of my bosch washing machine for replacement. They advised that Bosch was closed for the Christmas period and would only re-open again in mid Jan. this I understood and accepted. They also told me that I had to pay R1680 up front, which i did in all good faith. Mid Jan I started calling and was told one story after another, on the odd occasion that they answered their phone. I was dealing with Leon during this period. At the beginning of March, I was suddenly dealing with Brendon and told that Leon had been fired. After another time of false promises, they promised to be here yesterday at 10.30am. I cancelled my appointments and waited the whole day. I could not get them to answer the phone. He sms'd to say he was on his way. Nothing. this morning when I sms'd, because again they did not answer, to say that I was going to the police, he sms'd back to say I must not threaten him and that I must get the machine fixed myself. Their webpage is very professional and their initial response was very prompt, but that is where it stopped.
