My on going pain. I urgently need your assistance to get this dealt with Since 2016 Omega finance under false pretences in assisting me with my load. They have not paid any account but listed me under their administration. Making my life a living hell. I just learnt today 08 June 2020, that Omega Finance no longer exist and that Mr Pieter Reinhardt van Wyk is abroad. I urgently need to clear my name
Hammond Pole Attorneys, collection agents on behalf of Home Choice.... Poor service My dilemma started in December 2017 when i made my first payment, for weeks its been up and down account between Home Choices and Hammond Pole, where the payment is sitting. Hammond Pole advise me the account is recalled and back with HomeCHoice. Called HomeChoice they told me the account is with Legal. After a month of this uncer*****y Hammond Pole advises me the account is sitting with them, this is after i requested for a refund of R2000.00 All well and done, payments are made to Hammond Pole, with the reference provided. Till today, i am being called and told that my account is not being paid. I have resorted to sending out remittances to their email addresses and still the same call keeps coming of account unpaid I resorted to use my Name and Surname as reference as the details they provided are also not being picked up on their system. Latest mail received today with subject line as "broken promise" account outstanding. How does a paying client / consumer be protected by suck poor service, admin issues. What happens if they list me on the Credit Bureau due to their incompetence. I find this sort of service demotiving, and affecting me from paying the account. Please assist Aneeta Pavaday
