I love this branch! I bought my Jolion here 2 years ago but moved to Kempton Park so had to used that branch just for convience. Had a terrible experience with the dealership in Kemptonpark. 1 phone call to the best Salesman Johan and he put me in contact with the Service Manager Stoffel. Both these guys are amazing. My cars clutch seemed to be not functioning after only 37000kms and after being told by Kempton Branch nothing could be done besides paying a huge bill, Johan & Stoffel told me to bring the car to them. I did and they were so friendly and helpful. Clutch was replaced under a warranty claim and im back to enjoying my favourite car! Would highly recommend this branch. All the other staff involved are also so friendly and helpful. Thank you Haval Edenvale.
Would never recommend this branch to anyone. Took my Jolion in as there was a loss of power. Was told after 3 days of them not finding a issue the clutch had burnt out and i needed to pay R21k to fix it. The car is brand new and only has 37000kms on the clock. I asked if it was covered by the warranty and was told the clutch will never be covered i need to pay. Service manager was very arrogant and unfriendly. I asked if they had bothered to open the clutch and see if there was any warranty issues. Was told they didnt open it up but nothing would be valid anyway for a warranty claim. I contacted the branch i bought the car from and they told me a very different story and recommended i bring the car straight to them...... So after 3 days of Kempton Branch having my car, doing nothing they still charged me R850 "diagnostics test" which i wasnt allowed to see when i asked for it. I took my car to the dealership i bought it from and the whole clutch was replaced under Warranty. Never Ever Again will i used the Kempton Park Branch. Completely useless and unwilling to help!
