Poor after sales service , no dealership manager or sales managers available , paid , battling to get reg papers out of dealer , far fetch tales , no communication , and very poor customer service , rather find another d ealer to buy from

This car dealers has no return transport , there are always Short staffed as per the manager. We come to the nearest branches because we need a lift home and back . Today I am not feeling well, I am very sick and asked the manager if they can make a plan for me. He still said no. Can Haval SA not do something with regards to transportation at this branch. Is it that they don't care because they know we will go back anywhere as long as it is the one closer to where we stay? I took leave at work so I can take the car for service, and I didn't know that I will be sick. I was really hoping the manager would make a plan himself on this one. I am very disappointed with the lack of sympathy shown regarding this.

I am deep disappointment with the service I received from the workshop team. I brought my vehicle in for minor repairs and to inspect the noises coming from the engine. My car was in your care for three full days, yet, despite this extended period, none of the issues I raised were addressed. To make matters worse, my car keys were broken during the process, which adds to my frustration. This level of service is far below my expectations, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how my vehicle was handled.

I am deep disappointment with the service I received from the workshop team. I brought my vehicle in for minor repairs and to inspect the noises coming from the engine. Would never recommend this branch to anyone. Took my Jolion in as there was a loss of power. Was told after 3 days of them not finding a issue the clutch had burnt out and i needed to pay R21k to fix it. The car is brand new and only has 37000kms on the clock. I asked if it was covered by the warranty and was told the clutch will never be covered i need to pay. Service manager was very arrogant and unfriendly. I asked if they had bothered to open the clutch and see if there was any warranty issues. Was told they didnt open it up but nothing would be valid anyway for a warranty claim. I contacted the branch i bought the car from and they told me a very different story and recommended i bring the car straight to them...... So after 3 days of Kempton Branch having my car, doing nothing they still charged me R850 "diagnostics test" which i wasnt allowed to see when i asked for it. I took my car to the dealership i bought it from and the whole clutch was replaced under Warranty. Never Ever Again will i used the Kempton Park Branch. Completely useless and unwilling to help!

Had an issue with the tracker company (Matrix) where they took forever to install tracker on newly acquired vehicle. I cancelled them and obtained another service provider to assist me. Now the challenge is the amount I was invoiced for the vehicle included a portion of the tracker. I have requested Haval Kempton Park to credit me for that amount and to date they have not fixed it. I further contacted Haval South Africa and to date they have not resolved my query as well.

Applied for my financing in December but could not take delivery cause I was in and out of hospital. Sales person sold the deal with a fuel voucher of R10 000 at the time. Took delivery on 13th of January and he confirmed my deal still includes the voucher, even had to take a color that I was not happy with to secure the R10 000 deal. He had been giving me the run around with the voucher till to date apparently waiting for mangers approval. I called the sales manager who told me that deal was canceled cause it was a December promo yet their sales person continued to lie to me so that he can make a sale. Honesty and Integrity give Haval Kempton Park zero.

I was in car accident and I bought a car with the dealership. When I called them I made a mistake and requested a wrong model which is a Haval H6 1.5 that was different from the car I test drove (Haval H6 2.0 luxary) from our local Haval dealership. I later realized when they sent me pictures of the Haval H6 1.5 that it's not the same car I want. I asked if we can cancel the deal and buy the H6 2.0 at the local dealership. The sales representative requested that I buy from him because he had to buy the red car(H6 1.5) that I requested and later realized it was a wrong order therefore it will count as loss to them hence I no longer taking it. I stayed with them because it was a fair and reasonable request. I didn't have a car and they offered me a courtesy car coz I needed some extras on the car I was buying. I went to fetch the courtesy vehicle at Kempton Park from Standerton. What I liked is that they waited for us to arrive and it was after hours. They told me that the car has petrol but I didn't drive 20km and the was on reserve. My car was delivered on the first of May at my house with a non functional passenger front door. When I informed the sales representative that I am not satisfied he said that is a small issue to be unsatisfied with, from a customer satisfaction perspective there is nothing small in terms of a complaint or quality service . I had put petrol in the courtesy car on the 1st of May and I am told they will not refund me because when they deliver the car they also put petrol in but the petrol meter was near the red line on the new car that was delivered. Today when I insist that I want my petrol money I am being reminded of the the car they fetched from the other dealership that I later decided to not to take yet I was requested to buy from them in order to make up for the costs of the red H6 1.5.
