Wow , it seems like a plan, grab and run
New year , still no response or refund from metro fibre , I paid 27/11 , till now no installation or refund . I was promise a refund from the so called finance dept. I got told in Desember , they will only do refunds in January, I suppose there bank acc was only working in the new year , but till now , no response. How on earth do a business survive with service and way of dealings like this ? Ok I now know , they take your money , don’t do the job , then tell the customer we will refund you , but only in the next year , then just ignore you . Bravo it seems like you have a good business model going

No refund , empty promises, *****ulent dealings
Another rewiev, i hope people see this , after numerous request , reviews , i still have no joy , just empty promises, i paid 27/11 ,after numerous mails request, phone calls i was told they cant deliver what i paid for . I was promised that the finance department will refund me ,another week gone by , nothing at all , i think i must now just accept they are a ***** , stole my money , so potential customers be warned , this company will just take your money , and if they deliver it will be pathetic service

No refund no servive paid for no communication useless
I have to write a new review as i get no joy from metro fibre , metro fibre cant deliver what i paid for , i just want my refund , but you get no joy from them, just a automated reply of they will attemd to you , thats where it stop , i cant believe they in business as you see numerous complains daily , what a schocker , plse be aware if you want to fo business with them

If you have to give a rating , iit will be zero , as you get no response on mails , they never answer there fone , you always nr 40 in the line . I paid for installation of fibre on the 27/11 , since then you dont hear pr get any joy of feedback , tjey hot my payment , and thats where it stop , so disappointed in there way of taking your money and they happy , you been another victim , soxking to say the least

Poor after sales service
Poor after sales service , no dealership manager or sales managers available , paid , battling to get reg papers out of dealer , far fetch tales , no communication , and very poor customer service , rather find another d ealer to buy from
