It’s only now that I believe that Telkom is ****ming consumers.. debit order got rejected on the 25th and paid it on the 1st and now I’m being charged extra R204 as if I’m taking up a new payment whereas I’ve been using them for more than 2 years couldn’t they add their arrears or cancel data for the following month since I’m on month to month contract..
Loan paid within 2 days I am not happy with the way they offer their loans I feel like it’s a **** .. I took a loan and I was charged an initiation fee then still had available credit that I can take.. then later on took R5000 then I had money on the next day paid their loan and I was charged another initiation fee for the second loan.. how come I get charged initiation loan for every top up I make meaning I can end up paying more and why when I paid back the R5000 loan within 2 days the second initiating fee was not reversed. And I called their agent advised that it can be only reversed on the first loan

Pathetic service from dstv agents that could not resolve my issue while I’m at home disconnected with outstanding money I don’t know where it is coming from
When you get a chance please do not order through makro online rather buy with builders or game. Makro agents also *********** they can not help you with your delayed online order. Stay away from makro
Today I went to sportscene in birch acres and busy as expected... The assistant at fitting room was very friendly... Then went to the paying station oh wow I got there and there was 3 people 1 being a cashier and 2 busy with admin... Well understood then later queue had around 7 people and still being assisted by one cashier and those 2 people were unbothered maybe too much admin that they can't push queue and go back to their admin. We stood there then I asked this other lady by the name Nthabiseng.. Sisi are we going to wait to be assisted by that one cashier and she nodded and I was like sorry she then said yes I was shocked after we are 7 waiting and she seems not to care. Then few minutes later after asking another lady comes and maybe asked her to assist since the queue is growing then she started assisting. My question is that are we being undermined because it's a shop from kasi they do not value our time or they ve made enough profit for the month or they know vele we don't have anywhere to go we will wait and. That's what we did vele waited.. But ke Ousi Nthabiseng you are there to serve customers and when someone approaches you nicely u don't have to be rude that is not ur mothers house. U are at work and we are also rushing to our work places.. If the process from your shop the attitude has to change please start valuing our time we also have important things to do like ur admin.. I've been with the T*** group from more than 10 years I've never experienced such service.. I know TFG staff very friendly and efficient when assisting.
Unjani clinic is the best when it comes to their service but I was disspaointed when I was turned back few minutes after 4 and I was told that they closing at 4 however on Google it says they close at 5..i begged the male nurse because it was an emergency and he told me that they already closed I must come tomorrow and that they already packed the chairs while talking to him other lady came and said that they already cached up the money... They couldn't even empathise after explaining that the boy can't pee because of huge blisters that appeared on and around his ***** they told me to come tomorrow.. I would have appreciated maybe if they just checked him that maybe I can quickly drive to get something from the chemist or is it not bad that it can wait until tomorrow morning.
I had an account at jet stores I then applied for debt counselling and later on finished paying jet but did not get a paid up letter and this happened 5 years ago, I then collected all my paid up letters but now I'm struggling with one from jet stores, they said they Cannot issue me with a paid up letter because it was sold to TFG and they do not have my details on the system since it was sold to TFG, I tried to contact nimble group they cannot find my information and now debt counsellors cannot clear my name without a paid up later from jet.
