We had cupboards installed by Colwyn that he promised would be installed before Christmas, which is why we went with his company and paid 3/4 of the fee upfront. The cupboards were finally installed in the middle of February. The workmanship was good, the experience was terrible. Awful communication, endless excuses. Do not recommend in the slightest.
Terrible, terrible experience all round. When I returned my rental car, there was sidewall damage to the tyre (I drove on rough roads). I was happy to pay the R1125 to replace the tyre, I was not happy that a surprise R967 was deducted from my deposit for a mysterious 'claim admin fee' that is apparently standard across all rentals, yet appears nowhere in their very extensive Terms and Conditions. On top of this, I had to chase their customer care and claims teams on email and phone just to get them to send me my invoice and reply to my queries. Terrible experience. Never using them again.
