DO NOT BOOK FOR THE ALBA BOAT RESTAURANT!!!! I booked for this restaurant for 4th January and paid in advance. I got a phone call a day before to inform me my evening with my international guests are cancelled due to not having obtained the proper licencing yet, and that the boat will only be able to leave the harbour at the end of January. I booked again at the end of January for 3 March, as this was surely enough time to get licencing. I also thought that surely they would not still do online bookings if they don't have any licence. Again a day before the booking for a birthday dinner was cancelled. I have been left without plans on 2 important occasions. And I am still waiting for a refund after almost 2 weeks. This instiutution clearly does not know a thing about hospitality.
