Scammers - do not throw your money away!
Protect yourself! Do not buy from this vendor! I tried to phone to check status of the order and the lady said it was not her business any more and gave me another number. The guy who answered that number said it was his wife's business and gave me yet another number. First the business owner said she was phoning the courier to check where my order was. Then she said the product I ordered was not available but she was sending a substitute. Then, the next day, she must have blocked me, because the phone gave one ringtone and then went to dead. After two days of trying, I phoned her husband. He said they were just waiting for my order... I told him this sounded like a ponzy scheme and I wanted to cancel my order. I sent an email and cancelled my order. Next day I bought from another, reliable supplier. Then she suddenly emailed back and said my order was ready but I had to take the substitute. I told her I had already cancelled. They refused to accept my cancellation. I kept on phoning and phoning requesting my money back. They sent an email saying they were charging me 25% because I had impossible deadlines. Really? In which universe? They said on Saturday my refund was processed. By Wednesday I still had not received a cent. When I tried phoning again, I was blocked by both numbers. I ended up phoning Payfast. When they phoned the husband he said he had only had time to refund that same day. Today, I received my refund. R900 of the R1400 that I paid - 64%. And I did not receive one thing from them just a lot of emotional stress. Bunch of scammers. Never order from this supplier. There are honest people out there who will actual supply you with the goods for your money.
