Scam artists
one of their vehicles hit my car and drove off. I got the registration number and the traffic department confirmed that it was registered to Bidvest car rental grahamstown. When I reported the matter to Bidvest, I was told that their cars get cloned and they were not responsible. Thereafter, all my emails and calls were ignored to this date.

Crooks
On 28 April a vehicle registered to bidvest fleed the sceen after driving into my new vehicle and the grahamstown branch told me there was no record of the car for that day. Crooks of note. Terrible customer care

excellent service
I received such excellent service after a truck bumped my car. I had no clue on what to do but Mr Thabiso Dibakwane was very patient and helpful in walking me through the exact process to follow. This is the best service I've received in such a stressful and traumatizing event.
