Wish there was a 0 star review option for Silverton Radiators Talrad Engineering in Burgersfort. We first pend R50 000 to fix our vehicle with them. Then two months later same problem. Another R700 later it was "fixed". One month later same problem again. It was then indicated that the previous fix was "temporary". Now we had to tow the vehicle to them since it did not want to start and then pay another R3700 to "fix" it again. Really pathetic service that they give and I would never recommend them for anybody ever to use. Just a bunch of mechanics taking advantage of people
I dont know how a company like Nedbank can be considered one of the biggest banks in SA. It can perhaps be considered as the biggest incompetent banks in SA sure. Somehow a credit card was opened up using my ID number but not my name. Long story short, I got Nedbank to admit this is faulty and that it will be rectified with the credit buraus. This was July 2021. 2022...and now the account is still under my name on my credit profile with the account being more than 8 months in arrears. Trying to contact someone at Nedbank to assist just does not help. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND someone to use Nedbank for any type of banking needs. If you want to struggle and mess up your credit profile then they are the ones to go for! Great Job Nedbank in hiring incompetent people and setting up a system to ruin the lives of your consumers.
I have been a client of vodafone for more than 10 years now and never had a problem with them, until now. I have been trying to cancel some of my contract numbers now for 3 months. It was due for cancellation end of April 2020 so I phoned around the 20th of March to cancel it and they said they did it and my last bill would be end of April. In May I received another bill from them for the same numbers that I cancelled. I was shocked so I phoned again in the middle of May to find out and to cancel them again. The person apologized and assured me it would be cancelled and that the last bill would be end of May which I accepted. Now in June when I followed up on this it turns out it was not cancelled. Now I am phoning for the third time to do this!! Really what is happening there? Does nobody know how to do their job? Every time I phone it is a 10 to 20 minute process to get it done. It really is a shame. Think I will just take all of my business else where from now on
What an awesome experience once again by a great team led by an even greater manager at Pentravel Cresta!! We just came back from a 3 week tour of Argentinia and thanks to the wonderful assistance of El-marie everything went perfect! She was really very helpful and could give us great advice if we had any questions. Even though she was on leave she responded if we had a question when we where in Argentina. She even checked us in on our return flight 21:00 at night while she was actually on leave! What great commitment that is to her job! Pentravel, you really have a super start in your team!
If you ever want to book a bus ticket using them dont do it. The staff is very unpleasant and wont help you. The bus was dirty and there was an old used tissue in my seat. It was really the worst bus service I have ever had. Stay away from them

Lucky for me, she was very pleasant and helpful. She guided me through everything and gave me all the available options that would best fit my budget.
