Clientele bad false statement by their employees
Was at Westgate mall Nu Metro on 24 of April when the clientele employee Rorisang come to me to get free voucher and advice me must download the app only to find out his telling me false statement and join the free discount voucher and not going to pay the movie I've discovered later that voucher didn't work and paid R213 and the following month which is this month 25 was also debited R160 and when I ask for my refund was advised they can cancel but can't refund the amount

The service about Vodacom
For the whole weekend my number was on emergency and never changed or do anything till today trying to call the customer service still cant get through using my colegue phone their machine is telling me that they cant recognize my number and I've been using for so many years
