I eventually received calls from 3 different people from H2, and after my various conversations, I have, at last received a payment TODAY, however there is no information on the website (that I can find) stating which accounts the payment is for.
This is a follow up of my first review of my experience of Health Squared, after my first review I received a message from H2 stating that they would be getting a Senior Client Consultant to contact me to resolve the problem I have with H2. It is now 5 days since that message and I still have not had any call from them.
I used to be with Spectramed Medical aid until they amalgamated and became Health Squared, this year their service has deteriorated such that although I have paid an amount of R55 506.00, and have submitted claims by myself of R6 587.20 and have presently received R3 243.33, a couple of months ago I contacted them and they told me that they hadn't received any accounts since July, I resent all the statements again, I also eventually sent them the a phone record of their messages stating that they had received the statements. Have phoned them on at least 5 occasions and on each occasion, they have not lived up to expectations, EG they have not responded with what they promised of they have put the phone down.
