Please avoid using Fern Chem as a supplier of cleaning materials. Our experience mirrors many of the complaints already shared: • They begin with a lengthy sales pitch that wears you down until you accept a so‑called “free gift.” • That gift is far from free — you’re charged, and the order arrives incomplete. • Products are delivered without labels or usage instructions; we had to search online just to figure out how to use them. • Weeks later, an even larger batch arrived unexpectedly. When we queried this, they pointed to fine print claiming we had agreed to it. • We offered to return the goods, but they refused. Fern Chem misleads customers, misrepresents their products, and shows no regard for professional conduct. In over 40 years of work, I have never encountered a company as rude and persistently difficult to deal with
They are very s****ed at taking one's premium every month, but when it comes to paying out a claim, they are pathetic. My husband contributed for over 20 years until he became disabled and very ill in December 2016. They should have paid out his disability claim after 6 months from becoming disabled. After countless, documents, e-mails, doctors' visits, blood sweat and tears they finally accepted his claim 15 months after becoming disabled. Now they are dragging their feet with the payout. After having been promised 8 to 10 days, within 48 hours of acceptance of claim and 7 workings day on seperate occasions I demanded an exact date of payment. This was the pathetic response I got and I quote verbatim: " Dear Dr Payment of the claim is currently been processed Once the payment is finalised the confirmation of payment letter will generate and be forwarded to yourself Regards" My husband's already frail health is suffering as a result of the stress of this process and the utter incompetence is astounding
