Please avoid using Fern Chem as a supplier of cleaning materials
Please avoid using Fern Chem as a supplier of cleaning materials. Our experience mirrors many of the complaints already shared: • They begin with a lengthy sales pitch that wears you down until you accept a so‑called “free gift.” • That gift is far from free — you’re charged, and the order arrives incomplete. • Products are delivered without labels or usage instructions; we had to search online just to figure out how to use them. • Weeks later, an even larger batch arrived unexpectedly. When we queried this, they pointed to fine print claiming we had agreed to it. • We offered to return the goods, but they refused. Fern Chem misleads customers, misrepresents their products, and shows no regard for professional conduct. In over 40 years of work, I have never encountered a company as rude and persistently difficult to deal with

Stay away from this company
These people are extremely rude and they are ****mers, they phoned one of our ladies in the office saying they are going to send us samples of their products so our people can try it out saying nothing about that there will be a 2nd batch that will be delivered, then the courier guy come to deliver the 2nd batch then we told them we didn’t order anything then they started to phone us constantly saying we must sign for it and there will be another invoice being sent and needs immediate payment, then when we told them we didn’t order anything else they didn’t stop and got rude, and when we said we taking them to the lawyers then they said we don’t need to go that route… Stay away from this company they are ****mers and just want money And when you search them on the internet you can not find their website

Stay away from this company

Very dangerous company ****
Stay away, far away. Very dangerous company. If you receive any of their products, don't except it, you are going to be invoice lots of times. When you complain the consultants are very rude. I was called a **** and *****

Misrepresenting, misguiding and unprofessional
Misrepresentation, leading to purposefully misguiding the non-suspecting consumer. The run-down of promises and prices ending up not true at all. What is promised, is not delivered and the costs are then drastically different to the initial verbal quote. We will never deal with Fern Chem again and will make very sure that ALL our business partners and industry friends are aware of this!

Misrepresenting, misguiding and unprofessional
Misrepresentation, leading to purposefully misguiding the non-suspecting consumer. The run-down of promises and prices ending up not true at all. What is promised, is not delivered and the costs are then drastically different to the initial verbal quote. We will never deal with Fern Chem again and will make very sure that ALL our business partners and industry friends are aware of this!

We come accross ***** people on a daily basis, but this lot! Misleading, desperate, rude, etc. When they phone you over a busy month-end period and talk so fast that it makes your head spin, you must know they are deperate. Imagine "starter packs" of 25l each which are sent out in 2 seperate batches. And when you query, you are told that it is part of the first batch that was short delivered & that you don't have to pay?!?! Then they claim you have an account & business relationship wityh them & insist on large payments due ?!! Lying, dishonest, *******s. But the wheel turns. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THEM !!!

It's a ****. Please be aware!!
PLEASE BE AWARE!!! This is a ****. The company hounds you relentlessly with calls to try their products. Once you give in and try to give them a chance, they send you products that's very expensive, arrive late and is incorrect. If you try to return it, they refuse to take it back and tell you, you agreed to the order, so you must pay for it. The sales manager is very rude.
